The Grand Café is hosting a benefit dinner, “Le Grand Pikliz,” to support the relief work of the American Refugee Committee on March 8. Grand Café chefs Jon Radle and Ben Pichler will be making Caribbean cuisine, including pulled pork, Haitian chicken, pikliz, rice, beans and dessert.
