Haiti President-elect Michel Martelly briefed reporters on his top priorities for his country. Those priorities included providing free education, moving Haitians out of tents by creating permanent homes, recovery from the countrys 2010 earthquake, and strengthening the agriculture sector by giving people access to loans so they can work their lands.
