U.N. sees no security vacuum as U.S. troops exit Haiti (Reuters via Yahoo! News)

The United Nations is confident there will be no security vacuum in Haiti as U.S. and other foreign troops withdraw from the earthquake-struck Caribbean country, a top U.N. official said on Tuesday.
